Belvedere Cocktail Experience

Your 'shaker' experience starts with an individually designed Belvedere vodka cocktail, mixed by the barman on arrival. Two night’s accommodation with Full English breakfast, in a Country room, a la carte dinner in the Michelin star restaurant each evening. At your hour long private cocktail master class you will have the opportunity to make some of the most popular, classic and contemporary concoctions. As well as tasting and experimenting with your own creations you will also take home a complimentary cocktail guide, a professional Boston cocktail shaker and your very own Mixologist certificate.

Heaven or Hell

Is it Hells Kitchen? Not at the Lords of the Manor! Give that special someone a gift that they will never forget - a day in a “real” professional kitchen. Give them the opportunity to learn the tricks of the trade from a Michelin starred chef.
We start with coffee whilst we run through the plans for the day. Then it is back to the kitchen, for a tutorial and demonstrations from the chefs, followed by light lunch (one you prepared earlier).
Next is a visit to the local organic cheese supplier, then back to the kitchen to prepare for evening service and the chance to put your new skills into practice. Eventually you will have time to relax a little and enjoy a delicious dinner and a couple of glasses of wine.

Gourmet Treat For 2

The evening starts with champagne and canapés, followed by a delicious ten course tasting menu, with each course being individual designed by award winning chef Matt Weedon. After dinner, retire to the Drawing Room and enjoy coffee and homemade chocolates.

Afternoon tea at Lords of the Manor is the perfect gift for any occasion. Enjoy the “Lords Gourmet Afternoon Tea”, which not only includes all the delicious traditional favourites, but also dishes such as Cotswold trout from nearby Bibury, served with local asparagus. Watch out for the monthly specials, such as valrhona chocolate themed afternoon teas.
